CCCD, a German non-profit organization founded in 2006, has partnered with E4I in 2024 to support recent graduates and young entrepreneurs like you in navigating these crucial first steps.
We are a team of volunteer consultants with extensive experience in senior positions at multinational companies and as business owners ourselves. We're here to provide free, personalized support to help you address your key business questions.

How it Works
1. Apply: Tell us about yourself and your business by filling out our application form [Link to Form]
2. Initial Consultation: We'll follow up for an in-depth conversation to understand your needs. We’ll then determine if we're a good fit and whether you want to work with us.
3. Project Definition: Together we define the project's scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Collaboration: Over the course of 6 months, we typically have 1-2 hours of online meetings every two weeks, plus independent work between meetings. We’ll agree on the specifics together.
5. Project Completion: We'll follow up for an in-depth conversation to understand your needs. We’ll then determine if we're a good fit and whether you want to work with us.

Who We're Looking For
Experienced professionals
You should be an experienced professional with at least 5+ years in specific industries (e.g. tech, agriculture, retail, manufacturing) or functional areas (e.g. marketing, finance).
Language Proficiency
While our program focuses on cross-cultural exchange, proficiency in a relevant foreign language is highly valued (e.g. English).
