Through a participatory 12-month pilot project with 15-20 impact entrepreneurs from Kenya and Uganda, we aim to develop and refine our consulting model, ensuring it effectively meets the unique needs of African impact entrepreneurs. Thereby, we emphasize intercultural learning, fostering mutual respect and understanding between consultants and entrepreneurs.
