Whether you can dedicate a few hours a week remotely or engage in a sustained part-time advisory role, we offer flexible opportunities designed to fit your schedule. Our volunteer roles range from 5-10 hours/week to 6-9 months intensive country assignments.
Who We're Looking For
Experienced professionals
You should be an experienced professional with at least 5+ years in specific industries (e.g. tech, agriculture, retail, manufacturing) or functional areas (e.g. marketing, finance).
Language Proficiency
While our program focuses on cross-cultural exchange, proficiency in a relevant foreign language is highly valued (e.g. English).
Exceptional Interpersonal & Communication Skills
You excel at building rapport, listening actively, and conveying complex ideas clearly, especially across cultural and linguistic differences.
